Christine is a Vietnamese American yoga teacher who leads yoga classes, workshops and retreats throughout San Francisco Bay Area. She is deeply passionate about promoting radical healing in culturally diverse communities.
Christine believes yoga teaches one to live richly and fully with an open heart. Her classes are safe and nurturing, allowing her students to reach a deeper level of connection with their mind, body and soul.
She studied nutrition and holistic wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also completed her 200-hour teacher training with Noell Clark Yoga, 30-hour restorative yoga training with Judith Hanson Lasater, and 300-hour advanced teacher training program with an emphasis in therapeutic yoga at Niroga Institute.
Off the mat, Christine is a proud fire wife, bonus mom, dog mom, self care enthusiast, and personal development book collector.

Restore & Release - This is a delicious way to release and relax. This restorative yoga practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through use of props in the comfort of your own home. All postures are done on the floor and are held for longer durations often between 5-15 minutes with an emphasis on support and comfort.
What you need: bolsters or pillows, blankets or towels, eye pillows or clean socks, and blocks or books. Essential oils and a soothing playlist are optional :)
